My favorite part of coaching would have to be when I see movement cues start to click in my athletes eyes and then see their technique fall into place. I also absolutely love see athletes discover what it means to be intense and start applying it in wods. It is beyond rewarding to see my class laying on the ground gasping for air after a brutal short sprinty wod because it shows how hard they fought for every rep! 

While not at the gym I enjoy going shopping, watching the office, running, or getting muddy and cut up at Spartan races!

Something people may not know about me is I’m extremely accident prone and I tend to walk sideways and into things. I’m usually covered in cuts and bruises and have no idea where they came from! 

My favorite CF wod is the CrossFit Open Wod 17.1...

Not so secret worst CF movement: Wallballs! Not so great for my T-Rex arms!
