- What was life like before you became a member?
Life before Keystone Crossfit I would call pretty good in most areas.
- At the time you enrolled, were you already exercising? What was your previous background in fitness?
Yes, at the time I enrolled I was consistently exercising at a local gym and at home with a peloton a few days a week.
- What originally prompted you to seek us out?
What prompted me to seek out a CrossFit gym are two separate acquaintances, one was Kelly Kelly who is a member at Keystone Crossfit.
- What was your goal when you originally signed up?
Goals when signing up were to be more fit in my torso, and to lean out a bit.
5. What have you liked best about working with us?
What I like best about Keystone Crossfit are coaches, my fellow trainees and location.
6. What are you most proud of achieving since you started?
Since starting with Keystone Crossfit, I’ve become a better runner. My mindset towards running has changed.
7. With everything that you have accomplished, has your view of yourself changed?
I guess my mindset has changed. I was always fairly positive, maybe more confident in my athletic ability.
8. What would you say to anyone else who might be dealing with any similar struggles you did?
Well, I would suggest Keystone Crossfit of course!
9. Do you have any special moments/memories?
Overhead squats and kip swings.
10. What is your favorite movement/lift?
Squats and deadlifts.
